Matching your assessment requirements to the right instructors – Giving you the competitive advantage
We currently employ more than 40 part and full time flight instructors, many still working for some of the airlines listed above. Their experience levels range from newly qualified first officers through to senior training captains.
What can we do for you?
All assessment sessions start with a thorough briefing covering aircraft handling as well as a thorough analysis of your particular airline assessment profile.
Prior to your training day we would have already selected the right instructor for you based upon your your requirements and own experience level, in fact to date this ability to match experience requirements to individuals has proved a winning formula where pass rates are concerned!
Once you arrive at the training centre we will already have your assessment profile and plates ready, its then off to one of our fully equipped training rooms to complete a fairly in depth briefing. This would include going over not only the profile itself but also the flight characteristics and handling notes you will need for the session.
Once in the simulator your instructor will set up the profile template and prior to motion being turned on will make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need to hand.
Your actual session time will not start until the motion is turned on giving you the very maximum in sim time to practice.
Once the session has finished you and your instructor will return to the briefing room or if feasible remain in the simulator to thoroughly debrief the session.
